通裕重工(300185.SZ):國家發改委批准公司發行1.65億美元境外債券
格隆匯1月6日丨通裕重工(300185.SZ)公佈,公司於2019年9月20日召開了第四屆董事會第四次臨時會議,審議通過了《關於公司發行境外美元債券的議案》,公司擬在境外發行總額不超過3億美元(含3億美元)的美元債券。
公司於近日收到了國家發展和改革委員會(“國家發改委”)出具的《企業借用外債備案登記證明》(發改辦外資備[2019]960號)。國家發改委對公司擬境外發行美元債券的備案登記批覆額度為1.65億美元(等值)債券,外債規模和登記證明自登記之日起有效期1年,過期自動失效。公司憑該證明按規定辦理外債外匯和迴流結匯等相關手續。債券發行工作結束後10個工作日內公司向國家發改委報送發行信息。
