博雲新材(002297.SZ)子公司擬對外出租長沙高新區谷苑路410號廠區部分廠房
格隆匯1月6日丨博雲新材(002297.SZ)公佈，2020年1月6日，湖南博雲新材料股份有限公司(“公司”)第六屆董事會第三次會議審議通過了《關於全資子公司對外出租廠房的議案》。為提高資源利用率，盤活存量資產，公司全資子公司長沙偉徽高科技新材料有限公司(“偉徽新材”)將公司部分閒置廠房對外出租。
偉徽新材分別向長沙市連順汽車維修服務有限公司、長沙四個圈汽車服務有限公司、湖南恆道體育發展有限公司、湖南中道傳成體育發展有限公司出租其持有的位於長沙市高新區谷苑路410號廠區的部分廠房。
此次出租標的地點：長沙市高新區谷苑路410號廠區的部分廠房；房屋出租總面積4440㎡；租賃用途：生產及辦公。偉徽新材共簽訂4份出租合同，詳情如下：
1.長沙市連順汽車維修服務有限公司租用偉徽新材924平方米廠房，租賃期限為10年，自2019年4月1日起至2029年3月30日止。廠房第1年和第2年租金單價均為人民幣35元/平米，月租金為32340元，年租金總計38.808萬元，從租賃的第3年起，月租金每兩年遞增3%。
2、長沙四個圈汽車服務有限公司租用偉徽新材919平方米廠房，租賃期限為10年，自2019年4月1日起至2029年3月30日止。廠房第1年和第2年租金單價均為人民幣35元/平米，月租金為32165元，年租金總計38.598萬元，從租賃的第3年起，月租金每兩年遞增3%。
3、湖南恆道體育發展有限公司租用偉徽新材1634平方米廠房，租賃期限為10年，自2019年8月10日起至2029年8月9日止。廠房第1年和第2年月租金為57190元，年租金總計68.628萬元，從租賃的第3年起，月租金每兩年遞增3%。
4、湖南中道傳成體育發展有限公司租用偉徽新材963平方米廠房，租賃期限為10年，自2019年8月10日起至2029年8月9日止。廠房第1年和第2年月租金為33705元，年租金總計40.446萬元，從租賃的第3年起，月租金每兩年遞增3%。
公司全資子公司偉徽新材對外出租廠房將有效盤活偉徽新材閒置資產，提升公司的資產使用效率，對公司未來的財務狀況、經營成果有積極的影響。
