來伊份(603777.SH)與南京農業大學下屬國家肉品中心簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯1月6日丨來伊份(603777.SH)公佈，2020年1月6日，公司與南京農業大學下屬之國家肉品質量安全控制工程技術研究中心(“國家肉品中心”或“中心”)簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》。
此次交易的對方為國家肉品中心，中心於2009年2月經國家科技部批准建設，由南京農業大學和江蘇省雨潤食品產業集團有限公司共建。中心圍繞冷卻肉加工質量控制、傳統肉製品現代化加工、低温肉製品加工與質量控制、肉類分級等行業共性技術問題，以及肉的成熟機理、傳統肉製品風味形成機理及食品凝膠形成機制等肉品科學前沿問題，開展了系列工作，多項成果處於國內領先、國際先進水平。
經雙方友好協商，擬從以下幾個方面開展合作：
(一)共建產學研平台，推進項目合作
積極發揮國家肉品中心先進的科研條件和人才資源優勢，以基礎研究、產品開發和成果轉化為主要任務，來伊份與國家肉品中心雙方共建一個產學研合作平台。後期雙方通過項目的形式加強企業技術人員和高校師生的交流，在生產工藝改進、新產品開發、市場調研推廣、知識產權共享與保護等方面實現全面深入合作。
(二)共建實習基地，促進人才培養
根據國家肉品中心的人才培養方案需求，在來伊份共建大學生教學與實習基地，國家肉品中心結合來伊份的崗位需求，可以派遣優秀大學生到來伊份開展實習，積極瞭解企業文化，感受企業運營氛圍，進一步明確自己職業生涯目標。
(三)校園招聘，優先錄用學生
國家肉品中心積極協助來伊份在校園開展各類招聘活動，來伊份優先錄用國家肉品中心的優秀畢業生，每年來伊份可為國家肉品中心畢業生提供一定數量的3-6個月就業實習和管培生的崗位機會。
(四)橫向項目合作
雙方經友好協商在植物基蛋白製品和肉製品的開發技術領域開展深度合作，來伊份提供的資金、設備等方面的支持，國家肉品中心提供科研條件和先進技術等，共同完成產品的開發上市。
此次戰略合作框架協議的簽訂，符合公司的經營發展和戰略規劃。來伊份以國家肉品中心為平台，藉助中心先進的研發技術，進一步合作開發新產品。該合作的開展，有利於雙方進行資源互補，與公司現有業務在產品、技術、人員專業性和客户市場等方面能產生協同效應，將對公司的長遠發展產生積極的影響。
