摩通:料香港零售銷售未來半年續弱 行業首選周大福(01929.HK)
摩通發表報告表示,香港去年11月零售銷售貨值按年下跌約24%,跌幅與10月相近,亦是市場預期之內,更相信疲弱情況會持續多半年,直至今年7月以後在基數影響下才有改善。
該行認為,市場已將焦點轉移至零售商成本控制上(包括租金及人手減少等),以及風險分散計劃等。摩通重申周大福(01929.HK)是該行首選,因其內地業務比重較大;至於莎莎(00178.HK)及利福(01212.HK)則以香港業務為主,將會較受惠於香港回覆穩定。
