夢網集團(002123.SZ)與中國移動咪咕音樂簽訂視頻彩鈴業務合作協議
格隆匯1月5日丨夢網集團(002123.SZ)公佈，公司下屬子公司深圳市夢網科技發展有限公司(以下簡稱"夢網科技")近日與中國移動全資子公司咪咕音樂簽署了《廣告彩鈴行業媒體方合作協議》、《廣告媒介位廣告銷售代理合同》。本着平等互利、優勢互補、共同發展的原則，雙方希望通過合作，充分發揮雙方在各自服務領域的資源優勢，共同向廣大客户提供優質的業務及服務。
《廣告彩鈴行業媒體方合作協議》主要內容：廣告彩鈴包括視頻彩鈴及音樂彩鈴，根據視頻彩鈴業務推廣的特點和要求，雙方共同定製營銷推廣方案，利用各自客户、渠道、運營等優勢對咪咕音樂的視頻彩鈴業務進行營銷和推廣，做到共享能力、互為渠道、協同發展。a)咪咕音樂和夢網科技合作開展視頻彩鈴推廣業務，咪咕音樂負責產品設計與管理、業務規範制定、業務平台建設及業務發展規劃。夢網科技負責制定視頻彩鈴業務在各省推廣的整體發展目標、發展策略和推廣計劃，負責媒體(用户)資源的拓展與維繫。b)本協議的合作有效期為2019年12月9日至2020年12月8日。自雙方負責人或授權代表簽字並蓋章之日起生效。
《廣告媒介位廣告銷售代理合同》主要內容：a)咪咕音樂授權夢網科技為咪咕音樂線上媒介(門户網站／／家庭音樂)；線下媒介(落地活動／演藝活動)；特色媒介(視頻彩鈴)等廣告媒介位的廣告代理商。
作為中國移動政企業務的重要合作伙伴，夢網與中國移動在原有短彩信業務持續穩定的合作基礎之上，於2018年底創新推出了富媒體消息業務合作，今後夢網將與中國移動一起，進一步深化合作關係、拓展合作內容，包括共同推動富媒體消息、RCS(融合通信)、高清視頻彩鈴等5G特色應用等，共同為企業客户帶來更優質的產品和服務、更多元化的雲通信解決方案。此次合作，將對公司發展產生積極影響，有助於公司在5G時代與中國移動等運營商、與海量企業客户建立更為深入緊密的連接，符合公司長遠發展和全體股東利益。
