高新發展(000628.SZ)子公司聯合體簽訂高新西區工業固廢轉運站勘察-設計-施工總承包合同
格隆匯1月3日丨高新發展(000628.SZ)公佈，全國公共資源交易平台(四川省·成都市)成都市公共資源交易服務中心(https://www.cdggzy.com/index.aspx)於2019年9月發佈了“高新西區工業固廢轉運站勘察-設計-施工總承包/標段招標公告”。2019年10月，成都市公共資源交易服務中心對上述項目進行評標結果公示，公司全資子公司成都倍特建築安裝工程有限公司(聯合體牽頭人，倍特建安)與上海市政工程設計研究總院(集團)有限公司(聯合體成員，上海設計院)和成都市勘察測繪研究院(聯合體成員，市勘院)組成的聯合體(聯合體)成為該項目的中標候選人。
近日，聯合體在收到上述項目的中標通知書後，與發包人成都高投建設開發有限公司(高投建設)正式簽訂了《高新西區工業固廢轉運站勘察-設計-施工總承包》合同。根據合同約定，倍特建安承擔約5633.01萬元(暫定)的施工工作。由於發包人高投建設為公司控股股東成都高新投資集團有限公司(高投集團)的全資子公司，屬於公司的關聯方，此次交易構成關聯交易。
工程名稱：高新西區工業固廢轉運站勘察-設計-施工總承包；工程內容：主要包括高新西區工業固廢轉運站勘察-設計施工總承包範圍內的施工圖設計、施工，直至竣工驗收合格及整體移交、工程保修期內的缺陷修復和保修工作。合同工期：300日曆天；合同價款：倍特建安承擔合同中的施工工作，暫定施工費為約5633.01萬元。
該項目是公司全資子公司倍特建安以聯合體方式參與承建成都高新區西部園區的建設施工項目，符合公司爭取多承攬優質建築施工項目的發展規劃。該項目預計將在2020年1月下旬開工，施工工期300天。因此2019年度將不產生營業收入。該項目預估毛利率5%，系根據公司財務部門的初步測算做出，若公告披露後發生了不可預計的前述特別風險提示中的事項，將影響此次估計的完工時間及估算毛利的準確性。該項目產生毛利潤的具體數據以公司2020年度的財務報告審計結果為準。
