駱駝股份(601311.SH):擬為下游經銷商銀行授信提供擔保 總額度不超2億元
格隆匯1月3日丨駱駝股份(601311.SH)公佈,公司及公司全資子公司駱駝集團貿易有限公司(“貿易公司”)擬為下游經銷商在中國農業銀行的授信額度內提供全額連帶責任保證擔保,用於下游經銷商向貿易公司支付訂單貨款,總額度不超過2億元,具體以銀行簽訂的擔保合同為準,擔保合同期限為三年。參與貸款的經銷商以其公司資產或其實際控制人及配偶的全部資產向公司及貿易公司提供反擔保。
