豫能控股(001896.SZ):鴨河口公司2號機組申請轉為應急備用電源
格隆匯1月2日丨豫能控股(001896.SZ)公佈,根據河南省發展和改革委員會(“省發改委”)下發的《關於做好2019年煤電行業淘汰落後產能工作的通知》(豫發改能源〔2019〕128號),公司控股子公司南陽鴨河口發電有限責任公司(“鴨河口公司”)2號機組被列為河南省2019年淘汰落後產能計劃。2019年12月30日,公司董事會2019年第10次臨時會議審議通過了《關於鴨河口公司2號機組申請轉為應急備用電源的議案》,會議同意根據省發改委相關通知要求,申請將鴨河口公司2號機組轉為“關而不拆”應急備用電源,暫不實施拆除。
鴨河口公司系公司控股子公司,註冊資本103,841萬元,其股權結構為豫能控股55%、國家電投集團河南電力有限公司30%、南陽市永升投資有限公司15%,經營範圍為發電銷售,開發節能項目。
截至2018年12月31日,鴨河口公司總資產約10.34億元,淨資產約7.44億元;2018年度,其營業收入約6.15億元,淨利潤-18718.54萬元。
鴨河口公司擁有兩台35萬千瓦燃煤發電機組,其中2號機組於1998年5月投產,固定資產原值約24.28億元,截至2018年12月31日,2號機組累計折舊約20.77億元,資產淨值約3.51億元。
截至目前,公司控股裝機容量為634萬千瓦,其中鴨河口公司2號機組裝機容量佔公司控股裝機容量的5.52%,其資產淨值佔公司最近一期經審計總資產約213.11億元的1.65%。
鴨河口公司2號機組轉為應急備用電源後,按照省發改委、河南省生態環境廳、國家能源局河南監管辦公室《關於印發河南省煤電應急電源管理暫行辦法的通知》(豫發改能源〔2019〕432號),公司將獲得按照同等級統調公用煤電機組上一年度平均發電量2倍、連續5年的補償電量,可由公司高效率、大容量機組代發該電量,增加發電業務收益,對公司營業收入產生積極影響。
