創新醫療(002173.SZ)：截至目前建華醫院仍拒絕年審會計師事務所審計項目組進場審計
格隆匯1月2日丨創新醫療(002173.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月12日發佈了《關於全資子公司建華醫院相關事項的公告》，因全資子公司建華醫院拒絕執行公司對其董事會改組及變更法人的股東決定，以及其拒絕配合年審會計師事務所的年度預審工作等事項，公司對建華醫院失去控制。自2019年11月13日至今，公司繼續積極與當地政府溝通，並與建華醫院原管理層進行協調，請求當地政府支持並協調公司對建華醫院實施有效管控。鑑於目前建華醫院的實際情況，公司特將相關事項提示公告如下：
2019年12月11日至2019年12月13日，公司總裁馬建建帶隊前赴齊齊哈爾現場協調年度審計工作，得到齊齊哈爾市委、市政府相關部門的積極支持。2019年12月16日，公司向建華醫院出具《關於要求建華醫院配合2019年報審計相關事項的通知》，明確説明公司年審會計師事務所立信會計師事務所將於2019年12月20日前往建華醫院開展年度審計工作，要求建華醫院積極做好相關工作安排，無條件配合立信會計師事務所的審計工作，按照立信會計師事務所審計項目組的要求，及時提供其要求提供的全部資料。2019年12月18日，公司收到建華醫院發來的《説明》，建華醫院明確表示拒絕審計項目組2019年12月20日入院審計。
2019年12月25日，公司再次向建華醫院下發《關於再次敦促建華醫院配合2019年年度審計的函》，明確建華醫院作為上市公司的全資子公司，配合上市公司股東大會聘請的會計師事務所進行年度審計工作是其法定義務，並督促建華醫院於2019年12月28日前做好相關工作安排，無條件配合立信會計師事務所進行年度審計工作。公司要求建華醫院於2019年12月26日前做出書面答覆，但截至目前，建華醫院未向公司説明任何事項。
截至目前，建華醫院仍然拒絕年審會計師事務所審計項目組進場審計，若建華醫院始終拒絕會計師事務所的年度審計，公司2019年年度報告存在被會計師事務所出具無法表示意見審計報告的風險。
