港股異動 | 中國中車漲逾4% 鐵路集團推債轉股和混合所有制改革
格隆匯1月2日丨中國中車(1766.HK)現漲4.4%,報5.93港元,暫成交5798.9萬港元,最新總市值1701.8億港元。公司本週二公告稱,2019年11-12月期間簽訂了若項合同,合計金額約404.6億元人民幣,約佔公司中國會計準則下2018年營業收入的18.5%。此外,中國國家鐵路集團有限公司工作會議指出,穩步推進市場化債轉股和混合所有制改革。完善國鐵企業優質資產市場化債轉股實施方案,加強與銀行機構的溝通對接,平穩有序組織推進實施。
