港股異動 | 港A兩市水泥股繼續走強 海螺水泥AH股均創新高
格隆匯1月2日丨港A兩市水泥股繼續走強,港股中,金隅集團(2009.HK)、中國建材漲逾4%,海螺水泥、亞洲水泥漲逾3%。A股中,四川金頂(600678.SH)已連續三日漲停,博聞科技、寧夏建材漲逾4%,金隅集團、福建水泥漲近3%。其中,海螺水泥AH股均創歷史新高。11月以來,由於雨水天氣較少,南方地區在建工程施工進度明顯加快,水泥需求量逐步放大。南方地區水泥供給呈現供不應求態勢,價格上漲。興業證券表示,逆週期政策是當前政府穩經濟的核心思路,因此地產、基建的週期波動被大幅弱化,水泥需求未來也將表現出較強的穩定性,預計2020年全國水泥行業有望保持高位運行。此外,中金認為,央行全面降準進一步釋放積極的政策信號,改善水泥、玻璃等的需求預期,進一步提振板塊估值。
