易華錄(300212.SZ)子公司擬斥400萬元參設山東泰安城市數據湖項目運營公司
格隆匯12月31日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，山東省泰安市泰山區人民政府和公司控股子公司山東易華錄信息技術有限公司(“山東易華錄”)擬合作投資建設山東泰安文化數據湖項目，以數據湖建設為基礎，充分發揮大數據在政府管理及文化經濟發展中的關鍵作用，為泰山區引入大數據及文化產業，推動城市發展和產業升級。據此項目，宏遠文化產業發展(泰安)合夥企業(有限合夥)(“宏遠文化”)和山東易華錄擬共同成立華錄文化大數據產業發展(泰安)有限公司(暫定名，公司名稱以工商註冊為準。“項目公司”)。項目公司註冊資金擬定為1000萬元人民幣，其中宏遠文化出資600萬元，持股比例為60%；山東易華錄出資400萬元，持股比例為40%。
華錄文化大數據產業發展(泰安)有限公司(暫定名，以工商登記為準)主營業務：數據湖基礎設施服務、數據運營服務、辦公租賃服務。
泰安文化數據湖項目將重點圍繞泰安市傳統經濟轉型升級，聯合生態合作伙伴，將泰安文化數據湖項目打造為全國數字文化產業基地，通過大數據與文化的融合，將泰山市塑造為全國乃至全球文化數字化轉型典範，充分利用泰安文化數據湖服務能力及帶動能力，將泰安文化數據湖經營成為立足泰安市、服務山東省、輻射全國的新一代數字文化產業基礎設施和綜合性的大數據服務平台；同時泰安數據湖還將建設成為泰安市數字經濟的基礎設施，從而推動數字孿生城市、數字經濟綜合體等業務的開展。
泰安數據湖將充分依託泰山文化，匯聚中國優秀傳統文化各項資源，以“可聽、可視、可觸、可傳承、可交易”的思路全面開展文化產業運營；整合上下游產業鏈，建設“孵化、研發、服務”三維一體的綜合型大數據產業示範平台，打造集政策、平台、成本三大優勢於一體的文化大數據智慧產業園。通過投資建設泰安數據湖，將有利於易華錄進入文化產業大數據領域，有利於開拓泰安市乃至整個山東省信息化項目市場，為泰安市、山東省乃至全國文化大數據與數據湖的應用結合提供有力支撐。
