易華錄(300212.SZ)擬5億元設立易華錄數據湖(北京)
格隆匯12月31日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，公司擬投資設立全資子公司易華錄數據湖(北京)信息技術有限公司(暫定名，公司名稱以工商註冊為準。“易華錄數據湖(北京)”)。易華錄數據湖(北京)註冊資金擬定為5億元人民幣，由易華錄全額出資，持股比例為100%。易華錄數據湖(北京)成立後將作為首都數據湖項目公司和全國數據湖項目的運營總部，從而以城市數據湖建設為基礎，充分發揮當前大數據領域相關政策精神，為北京通州區導入優質大數據產業鏈，助力通州區千億級總部經濟產業集羣建設，推動北京副中心高質量發展。
公司名稱：易華錄數據湖(北京)信息技術有限公司(暫定名，以工商登記為準)；主營業務：計算機軟件技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務；大數據服務；經營性互聯網信息服務；計算機信息系統集成服務；工程項目管理；電子設備生產、銷售；計算機軟硬件及輔助設備、道路交通智能設備、工業自動化控制設備、通訊設備(除生產、經營衞星電視廣播地面接收設施的專控產品)、汽車配件銷售。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。(最終以工商部門登記註冊為準)
公司成立之後，一方面將作為首都數據湖的建設方及運營方，以首都數據湖的服務能力及湖內的海量數據為基礎，開展基礎設施服務和數據運營服務。通過建設和經營，將首都數據湖發展成為立足通州區、面向北京市、服務京津冀、輻射全國數據湖的新一代信息基礎設施和綜合性的大數據服務平台，同時公司自身發展成為新一代數據運營商和城市大數據產業培育運營商，打造北京市數字經濟增長新引擎、新抓手。另一方面，公司也將承擔易華錄總部的運營職能，專業化打造數據湖運營團隊，形成全國數據湖項目的運營總部。
首都數據湖項目將落地於公司控股子公司國富瑞數據系統有限公司通州數據中心基地，配套公司已有的通州數據中心及正在建設的武清數據中心項目，未來預計將以通州為核心，為首都及周邊客户提供上千PB數據運營空間及近萬個機櫃的IDC服務。數據湖及配套作為優質、綠色的數字經濟基礎設施，在京津核心發展區屬於稀缺資源，隨着京津地區的高價值客户入駐，將為公司帶來持續可觀的運營現金流，提升公司在數據運營服務方面的能力。
同時，首都數據湖將作為全國數據湖運營總部，公司將集結資源不斷進行創新和探索來引導數據湖項目輸出成熟的、可複製的產品、技術、應用。使公司核心業務覆蓋大數據產業鏈從源頭的採集到分析服務各個環節，通過提供數據治理、數據挖掘、數據交易三大類服務來實現數據湖海量數據的運營服務，落實公司數據湖戰略發展。
首都數據湖落地，將有力的補足首都數據湖京津冀版圖中最有價值的一塊，標誌着數據湖產業將在京津冀一體化區域內形成金三角，有效推動數據湖業務在全國範圍的深入推廣，該項目落地具有示範性、指向性、戰略性的指導意義。
