新元科技(300472.SZ)子公司簽署福泉市大數據應用中心項目建設合同 項目總投資3.03億元
格隆匯12月31日丨新元科技(300472.SZ)公佈，近日，公司子公司清投智能(北京)科技有限公司(“清投智能”或“乙方”)與貴州省廣播電視信息網絡股份有限公司福泉市分公司(“甲方”)簽署了《福泉市大數據應用中心項目建設合同》，該項目總投資估算3.03億元。
項目名稱：福泉市大數據應用中心建設項目；項目地點：福泉市人民廣場；佔地面積：約4畝；建築面積：總建築面積3799.09㎡(最終以審定施工圖為準)。項目投資：總投資估算3.03億元。其中包含：大數據應用中心基建、大數據應用信息化硬件和“智慧福泉”軟件應用平台；總投資估算金額以項目造價預審價格為準，根據甲、乙雙方簽訂的戰略合作協議，最終投資金額以業主方委託的第三方審計價格為準。
投資內容：大數據應用中心基建、大數據應用信息化硬件和“智慧福泉”軟件應用平台等(平台包括智慧黨建、智慧扶貧、智慧城管、智慧交通等重點工程大數據應用)。建設工期：180日曆天(如遇不可抗力，工期順延)。
該項目總投資估算3.03億元，因該項目整體收入約佔公司2018年經審計的營業收入的56.56%。該項目的順利完成將對公司2020年及以後年度的營業收入和營業利潤產生積極影響，公司將根據合同要求以及收入確認原則在相應的會計期間確認收入和利潤。
智慧福泉項目涵蓋智慧黨建、智慧扶貧、智慧城管、智慧交通等重點工程及大數據應用中心的建設。本着“統一規劃、總體設計、統一集成、分步實施”的統籌思想，規劃智慧福泉的大數據應用中心基建項目以及智慧福泉八大智慧應用系統，未來智慧福泉項目建設將實現福泉政府管理和社會治理模式的轉變、政務決策科學話、促進城市治理向現代化、智能化的跨越式發展，未來也將助力公司全面佈局智慧城市領域發展掀開新的篇章。
該項目的順利實施，是在公司踐行“人工智能+智慧城市”戰略的又一重大突破，公司將在該項目的實施過程中，進一步整合子公司清投智能綜合信息管理系統及大數據服務產業鏈，提升項目實施管理效率，通過打造“智慧+”的新型工業智能發展生態，堅持“縱深發展，精品戰略”的發展思路，為客户提供更加完善的智能系統綜合服務解決方案，為公司可持續健康發展注入新的動力，進一步提升公司的核心競爭力。
