美晨生態(300237.SZ)子公司與信恆銀通簽署戰略合作框架協議書
格隆匯12月31日丨美晨生態(300237.SZ)公佈，公司之全資子公司杭州賽石園林集團有限公司(“賽石園林”，乙方)與信恆銀通基金管理(北京)有限公司(“信恆銀通”，甲方)本着“互惠互利、合作共贏”的原則，雙方在基礎設施建設、園林綠化設計施工養護、運維、產業基金等方面達成合作意向，並於2019年12月27日簽訂《信恆銀通基金管理(北京)有限公司與杭州賽石園林集團有限公司戰略合作框架協議書》。
為進一步推進雙方在基礎設施投資建設運營等方面的合作，本着“互惠互利、合作共贏”的原則。雙方在基礎設施建設、園林綠化設計施工、養護、運維、產業基金等方面達成合作意向，簽署本戰略合作框架協議書。合作範圍如下：
南京江北新區研創園芯片之城科創基地項目，項目總投資194億元。該項目主要建設內容包括科創中心、人才公寓等發展載體，包括市政道路、橋樑、河道、景觀綠化等市政基礎設施的投資、建設、運營及產業發展服務。
天府國際機場資陽臨空經濟區產業新城PPP項目，項目總投資約490億元，首期投資約110億元。該項目具體工程內容包括合作區域內的基礎設施建設、公共服務設施建設、規劃設計諮詢服務、其他前期費用投資。項目設施的運營，維護服務以及產業發展服務。
合作範圍包括但不限於：甲方作為股東所投資的南京江北新區研創園芯片之城科創基地項目、天府國際機場資陽臨空經濟區產業新城PPP項目等。在這些項目的基建、園林綠化設計施工養護以及與上述項目相關的主題文旅項目設計施工運維等方面進行合作。
此次合作項目總投資估算約為人民幣684億元。其中乙方可參與實施的投資額度估算約每年人民幣15億元。
此次合作項目的正常實施將有助於公司園林板塊業務拓展，提高業務承接能力，通過積累該項目的建設和運營經驗，提升公司的核心競爭力和行業影響力。通過信恆銀通與公司的深入合作，帶動賽石園林其他相關業務發展，全面推進公司的整體發展。
