花王股份(603007.SH)與時代控股簽訂粵港澳大灣區新型城鎮化和智慧城市建設項目施工協議
格隆匯12月31日丨花王股份(603007.SH)公佈，公司(“乙方”)於2019年12月31日與廣州市時代控股集團有限公司(“時代控股”、“甲方”)簽訂了《粵港澳大灣區新型城鎮化和智慧城市建設項目施工協議》。
時代控股是時代中國控股有限公司(“時代中國控股”，股票代碼“1233.HK”)全資附屬公司。時代中國控股成立於1999年，為中國民營企業500強，中國財富500強，中國房地產50強，總資產超過1400億元人民幣。時代中國控股的業務主要覆蓋住宅開發、城市更新、產業運營、商業運營、社區服務、傢俱家裝、未來教育等領域，現已成為中國領先的城市發展服務商。時代中國控股目前投資的項目覆蓋近20個經濟發達城市，共擁有200多個處於不同開發階段的項目，為超過60萬業主提供了高品質的生活居所及服務。
建設範圍：甲方在“珠三角地區，長三角地區、華中地區等”發達地區城市所投資開發的新型城鎮化建設和智慧城市構建等基礎設施、生態景觀、環境設施打造。
合作項目：①佛山創客小鎮；②佛山愛車小鎮等項目的基礎設施、生態景觀、環境配套設施工程等建設（具體合作實施項目以甲方分配安排為準）。
施工內容：主要包括市政、生態景觀、園林小品、管網、水系、智能設施、景觀照明及配套附屬工程等由乙方負責施工建設。
項目工程總造價：累計總工程量建安造價預估約人民幣1.5億元。
該協議的簽訂是公司拓展珠三角地區業務市場的良好契機，是雙方對新型城市化建設和智慧城市在技術與資源上的一次交流互動，是雙方對智慧城市建設的信息資源的充分整合、挖掘與利用。此次合作是公司緊跟中國在“十三五”規劃腳步的行動組成部分，是公司順應時代前進的需要，推進發展“大環保、大生態、大健康”創想的又一機遇。此次合作也是公司在智慧城市建設領域不斷鑽研的新型嘗試，為公司創造更廣闊的產業格局打好基礎。
