一圖看懂赤子城科技（9911.HK）IPO
赤子城科技有限公司（以下簡稱“赤子城科技”）為一家高速發展以AI技術為支撐的移動應用開發者及移動廣告平台服務提供商。公司目前主要有三大業務，分別為移動應用開發（C端Solo X）、移動廣告平台（B端Solo Math）和Solo Aware人工智能引擎（AI），並以此形成“CBA”的協同發展模式。赤子城科技通過自研移動應用流量變現，以及作為廣告代理商通過自有廣告平台向廣告主提供移動廣告服務來產生收入。
赤子城科技的歷史可追溯至2011年，彼時，公司創始人劉春河先生加入移動應用開發者行列。2013年5月，公司上架了首款移動應用Solo Launcher，可作為安卓設備用户的用户界面，通過用户設備提供操作更簡單、更快速的用户體驗。截至2018年12月31日，Solo Launcher在89個國家及地區Google Play個性化應用單日下載量排名第一，成為數億用户規模的流量入口。
赤子城科技目前共擁有超過70款可在安卓系統和ios系統上使用的移動應用。截至2019年6月30日，按設備ID計，Solo X產品矩陣覆蓋了近7.97億用户，日活躍用户達3500萬。其中，Solo X產品矩陣共分為用户系統矩陣、媒體娛樂矩陣、健身矩陣、遊戲矩陣等四個子矩陣，包括啟動器、安全、防病毒、音樂、娛樂、健身、休閒遊戲等多個品類。
12月30日，赤子城科技公佈認購及定價結果，最終發售價確定為1.68港元/股。國際發售中，赤子城科技獲得華夏基金、中再集團等“國家隊”公募基金的錨定投資。公開發售中，赤子城科技散户申購人數達115857人，超過中手遊、亞盛醫藥、保利物業，最終共錄得1441.83倍認購，加冕2019年度港股“超購王”。
12月31日，赤子城科技上市首日開盤價為3.02港元，較1.68港元的發行價上漲79.76%。開盤僅兩分鐘後，漲幅即突破100%。
