格隆匯12月31日丨金石資源(603505.SH)發佈2019年股票期權與限制性股票激勵計劃草案，本激勵計劃涉及的激勵對象共計77人，激勵對象佔公司截至2018年12月31日全部職工人數715人的比例為10.77%。擬授予激勵對象權益總計432.00萬份，涉及的標的股票種類為人民幣A股普通股，約佔本激勵計劃草案公告日公司股本總額的1.80%。其中，首次授予權益總數為399.20萬份，佔本激勵計劃擬授出權益總數的92.41%，約佔本激勵計劃草案公告日公司股本總額的1.66%；預留32.80萬份，佔本激勵計劃擬授出權益總數的7.59%，約佔本激勵計劃草案公告日公司股本總額的0.14%。
激勵計劃擬授予激勵對象股票期權181.80萬份，涉及的標的股票種類為人民幣A股普通股，約佔激勵計劃草案公告日公司股本總額的0.76%。其中首次授予164.00萬份，佔激勵計劃擬授出股票期權總數的90.21%，約佔本激勵計劃草案公告日公司股本總額的0.68%；預留17.80萬份，佔激勵計劃擬授出股票期權總數的9.79%，約佔激勵計劃草案公告日公司股本總額的0.07%。計劃下授予的每份股票期權擁有在滿足生效條件和生效安排的情況下，在可行權期內以行權價格購買1股本公司人民幣A股普通股股票的權利。首次授予的股票期權的行權價格為20.66元/股。
激勵計劃擬授予激勵對象限制性股票250.20萬股，涉及的標的股票種類為人民幣A股普通股，約佔激勵計劃草案公告日公司股本總額的1.04%。其中首次授予235.20萬股，佔激勵計劃擬授出限制性股票總數的94.00%，約佔激勵計劃草案公告日公司股本總額的0.98%；預留15.00萬股，約佔激勵計劃擬授出限制性股票總數的6.00%，約佔激勵計劃草案公告日公司股本總額的0.06%。首次授予限制性股票的授予價格為10.33元/股。
