廣信材料(300537.SZ)擬設立控股子公司 進行UV印鐵油墨系列產品研發、製造、銷售及技術服務
格隆匯12月31日丨廣信材料(300537.SZ)公佈，公司與自然人唐雄、自然人呂廣軍於2019年12月30日在江蘇江陰簽署《投資協議》，擬在江蘇江陰市共同出資設立無錫廣裕新材料有限公司(暫定名稱，該子公司名稱最終以市場監督管理部門核准結果為準，“無錫廣裕”)，進行UV印鐵油墨系列產品的研發、製造、銷售及技術服務。
無錫廣裕新材料有限公司(暫定名稱)經營範圍：油墨及類似產品製造，塗料製造，油墨批發和進出口，塗料批發和進出口，其他化工產品批發和進出口，化學研究，材料科學研究，化學工程研究，道路貨物運輸(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
UV印鐵油墨系列作為替代傳統溶劑型的環保產品，其固化速度快，附着力強，具有環保、高效、節能等優點，主要包括UV印鐵油墨、UV印鐵光油、UV白可丁、UV固化型PET硬化液等產品，主要應用在化工包裝、食品包裝、電子產品保護膜等領域，未來有巨大的市場前景，可以成為公司未來油墨板塊業務重要的新增應用領域。
公司現有感光油墨、紫外光固化塗料、水性塗料等產品廣泛應用在消費電子、汽車、軌道交通等領域。根據企業的自身發展情況、所處行業的技術特點以及未來的發展戰略，在夯實原有油墨、塗料等業務現有市場的基礎上，有意開拓UV印鐵油墨系列產品市場，成立子公司推進“UV印鐵油墨事業部”相關產品的進展，豐富產品應用領域，培育公司新的業績增長點。
公司根據企業的自身發展情況、所處行業的技術特點以及未來的發展戰略，在夯實原有油墨、塗料等業務現有市場的基礎上，有意開拓UV印鐵油墨系列產品市場，豐富產品應用領域，培育公司新的業績增長點。
此次對外投資設立的子公司為控股子公司，預計將於下一年度將納入合併報表，對公司本年度經營業績不產生重大影響。作為拓展油墨業務新應用領域的重要一步，此次對外投資有利於增強公司技術實力，拓展公司業務領域，豐富公司產品線，提升產品競爭力和附加值，有利於增強公司的持續盈利能力，增強公司整體抗風險能力，符合公司發展戰略及全體股東的利益。
