福晟國際(00627.HK)擬2.7億元收購湘潭九華物業項目30%權益
格隆匯12月27日丨 福晟國際(00627.HK)宣佈,於2019年12月30日,公司間接非全資附屬廣州品禮貿易有限公司擬2.7億元收購湖南和達投資集團30%股權及股東貸款,後者主要在中國湖南省從事物業發展,主要擁有位於湖南省湘潭市九華示範區濱江西路的四個國有建築地盤項目的發展。
董事會認為,收購事項將為擴大於湖南省的物業發展組合提供良機。集團擬於完成後繼續將項目發展為住宅及商業綜合體。部分項目的預售已於2019年開始,集團預計項目的建設將於2020年開始分階段完成。
