長春經開(600215.SH)擬1.26億元出售長春市工業用地使用權及全部地上建築物
格隆匯12月30日丨長春經開(600215.SH)公佈,公司於2019年12月27日與長春經濟技術開發區城市建設集團有限責任公司(“城建集團”)簽署《資產轉讓協議》,公司擬以人民幣約1.26億元向城建集團出售公司擁有的位於長春市洋浦大街以西、公平路以北的工業用地使用權及全部地上建築物。
此次交易完成後,在不考慮相關税金的情況下,預計公司2019年度淨利潤將增加1652.84萬元(最終數據以中介機構出具的審計報告為準)。
