雲天化(600096.SH)：選舉董事、副董事長段文瀚為公司第八屆董事會董事長
格隆匯12月30日丨雲天化(600096.SH)公佈，根據中共中央、國務院《關於深化國有企業改革的指導意見》，經理層成員與黨組織領導班子成員適度交叉任職；董事長、總經理原則上分設，黨組織書記、董事長一般由一人擔任。公司控股股東雲天化集團有限責任公司(“雲天化集團”)為持續優化集團化管控，進一步推進公司的“雙百企業”改革攻堅工作，激發公司改革活力和提升幹事創業責任心，根據雲天化集團黨委整體安排，雲天化集團黨委書記、董事長張文學辭去公司董事長職務。
根據公司控股股東雲天化集團黨委推薦及《公司章程》的規定，第八屆董事會第九次（臨時）會議審議通過，選舉公司董事、副董事長段文瀚為公司第八屆董事會董事長，任期至本屆董事會屆滿之日止。根據《公司章程》的規定，董事長段文瀚為公司法定代表人。
張文學在擔任公司董事長期間，恪盡職守、勤勉盡責，領導公司董事會在公司規劃發展戰略、提升公司治理、強化規範運作及推進重大經營決策等方面做出了重大貢獻，帶領公司攻堅克難，鋭意進取，為公司未來發展奠定了堅實基礎。公司董事會對張文學表示衷心感謝！張文學作為雲天化集團黨委書記、董事長，將領導雲天化集團一如既往地堅定支持上市公司的發展和改革事業。
段文瀚，男，1969年6月出生，碩士，高級經濟師。2004年12月至2007年7月任公司黨委副書記、紀委書記、工會主席；2007年7月至2012年2月任公司副總經理；2009年7月至2012年4月任重慶國際複合材料股份有限公司副總經理；2009年7月至2012年8月任重慶國際複合材料股份有限公司黨委書記；2012年2月至2012年11月任雲天化集團有限責任公司黨委工作部副部長；2012年11月至2014年10月任雲天化集團有限責任公司黨委工作部部長、團委書記；2013年6月至2014年10月任公司監事；2014年10月至今任公司黨委書記；2014年10月至2018年1月任公司副總經理；2018年1月至今任公司總經理；2015年11月至今任公司董事，2018年10月至今任公司副董事長。
