雙匯發展(000895.SZ)擬投建肉雞農業產業化項目並設立兩家子公司
格隆匯12月30日丨雙匯發展(000895.SZ)公佈，為進一步做大做強禽業規模，完善產業鏈和產業佈局，提高競爭力，公司擬與西華縣人民政府簽署投資協議，建設肉雞農業產業化項目。為確保項目的投資建設及運營管理，公司計劃依法投資設立西華雙匯禽業有限公司、西華雙匯食品有限公司(最終以屬地市場監督管理局核准的名稱為準)，註冊資本均為人民幣1億元。
公司計劃依法在西華縣投資設立西華雙匯禽業有限公司、西華雙匯食品有限公司(最終以屬地市場監督管理局核准的名稱為準)，註冊資本均為人民幣1億元。
西華雙匯禽業有限公司(最終以屬地市場監督管理局核准的名稱為準)經營範圍：種雞的繁育；種蛋的孵化與銷售；商品肉雞的生產與銷售；飼料的生產、銷售；有機肥料、生物有機肥、有機-無機復混肥料、複合微生物肥料等的生產與銷售；糧食收購。
西華雙匯食品有限公司（最終以屬地市場監督管理局核准的名稱為準）經營範圍：肉雞的屠宰、加工、銷售；肉製品、雞副產品、食用動物油脂、單一飼料、速凍食品等的加工和銷售。
西華縣人民政府同意根據投資協議的約定引入公司進駐西華縣投資建設肉雞農業產業化項目，公司同意根據投資協議的約定在西華縣依法設立西華雙匯禽業有限公司、西華雙匯食品有限公司（最終以屬地市場監督管理局核准的名稱為準），建設肉雞農業產業化項目。投資金額：預計總投資約 16.5億元。項目內容：計劃在河南省周口市西華縣建設肉雞養殖、屠宰及熟食加工項目。
公司建設肉雞養殖、屠宰及熟食加工項目，是公司為進一步做大做強公司禽業規模，完善公司產業鏈條和產業佈局，壯大企業規模的重要舉措。
此次投資對公司的未來發展有着重要而積極的意義，有利於進一步增強公司的綜合競爭力，有利於公司的長期和持續發展，會產生良好的經濟效益和社會效益。此次投資完成後，將使公司貨幣資金減少，長期股權投資增加，同時可充分發揮公司的品牌優勢、經營優勢和管理優勢，提供新的利潤增長點。
