航天機電(600151.SH)擬3500萬歐元增資香港上航控股 並由其設立盧森堡研發中心
格隆匯12月30日丨航天機電(600151.SH)公佈,公司擬以3500萬歐元現金增資全資子公司上海航天控股(香港)有限公司(以下簡稱“香港上航控股”),並由香港上航控股現金出資設立埃斯創汽車系統盧森堡有限公司(以下簡稱“盧森堡研發中心”),註冊資本3500萬歐元,約合人民幣2.715億元,公司將通過自籌的方式解決資金來源。
本次交易有利於突出公司熱系統主業。通過本次投資,公司在歐洲研發能力會進一步增強,獲取歐洲訂單的能力也會大幅增強。盧森堡研發中心的設立,可以讓公司有能力直面歐洲整車廠客户,更好的跟蹤客户需求,提升溝通效率,更有效地獲取全球訂單,以確保公司汽配業務的長期發展。
