萬通地產(600246.SH)：江泓毅辭去董事長、總經理等職務 聘任張家靜為首席執行官(總經理)
格隆匯12月29日丨萬通地產(600246.SH)公佈，公司董事會於近日收到江泓毅、馮冠豪的書面辭職報告。江泓毅因工作原因不再擔任公司董事，同時辭去董事長、總經理及董事會戰略委員會副主任委員職務；馮冠豪因工作原因申請辭去公司董事一職，同時辭去相關董事會戰略委員會委員及審計與風險控制委員會委員職務。上述辭職報告自送達董事會之日起生效。
經嘉華東方控股(集團)有限公司提名，董事會提名委員會審核，公司於2019年12月27日召開第七屆董事會第二十六次臨時會議，審議通過了《關於選舉王憶會先生為公司第七屆董事會董事的議案》、《關於選舉吳丹毛先生為公司第七屆董事會董事的議案》及《關於聘任張家靜女士為公司首席執行官(總經理)的議案》、《關於聘任張子超先生為公司首席戰略投資官、高級副總裁(常務副總經理)的議案》、《關於聘任李洋先生為公司副總裁(副總經理)的議案》。
擬選舉王憶會為公司第七屆董事會董事候選人；擬選舉吳丹毛為公司第七屆董事會董事候選人。上述董事任期自股東大會批准之日起至本屆董事會任期屆滿之日止。
聘任張家靜為公司首席執行官(總經理)；聘任張子超為公司首席戰略投資官、高級副總裁(常務副總經理)；聘任李洋為公司副總裁(副總經理)；上述高級管理人員任期自公司董事會審議通過之日起至本屆董事會任期屆滿之日止。
王憶會：1954年9月出生，畢業於中國人民大學，哲學學士；於1985年8月獲得中國人民大學哲學碩士學位；自1985年9月至1993年8月任職於中共中央黨校；1998年至2004年任北京先鋒糧農實業股份有限公司副董事長；自2004年12月起至今，任嘉華東方控股(集團)有限公司董事長；2017年3月起至今，任萬通投資控股股份有限公司董事長。2018年1月至2019年5月任北京萬通地產股份有限公司董事、董事長。
吳丹毛：於1961年出生，1980年至1984年就讀於首都師範大學歷史系，獲學士學位；1984年起在首都師範大學歷史系任教，後調入中央書記處農村研究室從事理論研究。90年代初擔任發現雜誌社主編，組織了中國企業集團國際化、九十年代的世界與中國論壇。現擔任北京金博會投資公司董事長、萬通投資控股股份有限公司董事。
張家靜：北京大學EMBA金融碩士學位，英國劍橋哈默頓商學院經濟學博士(在讀)，畢業於北京大學城市與環境學院。2010年至2019年任嘉華東方控股(集團)有限公司城市運營項目管理中心總經理、主持創新型發展投資工作，領導和實施公司在城市科技、文化、體育領域中的投資、發展與運營，2014年至2017年間，任中國人民大學文化藝術策劃與推廣研究所研究員。
張子超：畢業於中國人民大學和美國康奈爾大學，擁有管理學學士學位和公共管理碩士學位。曾就職於美國投資銀行Lazard及私募股權基金KKR，2014年至2019年就職於美國法拉龍資本，擔任中國區私募投資業務負責人。
