格隆匯12月29日丨康躍科技(300391.SZ)公佈,公司董事會於2019年12月27日收到公司控股股東壽光市康躍投資有限公司的通知,其正在籌劃股權轉讓事宜,擬向戰略投資者協議轉讓其持有的佔公司總股本比例範圍為25%-30%的股份,該事項可能涉及公司控制權變更。此次交易對手方處於非公開募集證券投資基金行業,此次交易不涉及有權部門的事前審批。
經公司向深圳證券交易所申請,公司股票自2019年12月30日上午開市起停牌,預計停牌時間不超過5個交易日。
