重慶鋼鐵(601005.SH)：聘請寶武集團廣東韶關鋼鐵總裁劉建榮任公司總經理
格隆匯12月29日丨重慶鋼鐵(601005.SH)公佈，公司總經理李永祥由於工作原因，於近日向公司董事會請求辭去總經理職務。李永祥確認與公司董事會、監事會以及管理層均未出現任何意見分歧，亦無任何有關辭任的其他事宜須提呈公司及股東注意。李永祥辭去總經理職務後，仍繼續擔任公司董事職務。
李永祥在擔任公司總經理職務期間，恪盡職守、勤勉盡職，董事會對李永祥為公司發展所作出的貢獻表示衷心感謝！
根據《中華人民共和國公司法》和《重慶鋼鐵股份有限公司章程》等規定，經公司董事會提名委員會審查通過和公司獨立董事認可，公司第八屆董事會第十六次會議審議通過了《關於聘任公司高級管理人員的議案》，同意聘請劉建榮任公司總經理，其任期自其根據有關規定辭去相關職務、履行完相關手續後正式生效，至公司第八屆董事會屆滿之日止；同時，同意聘請鄒安、謝超任公司副總經理，其任期自其根據有關規定辭去相關職務、履行完相關手續後正式生效，至公司第八屆董事會屆滿之日止。
公告顯示，劉建榮，1974年9月生，中共黨員，高級工程師。現任寶武集團廣東韶關鋼鐵有限公司董事、總裁、黨委副書記，兼廣東韶鋼松山股份有限公司副董事長、黨委副書記、法定代表人，重慶鋼鐵寶武協同支撐項目總代表。歷任寶鋼股份寶鋼分公司製造管理部部長助理，寶鋼股份特殊鋼分公司製造管理部副部長，寶鋼股份特鋼事業部製造管理部副部長、部長，寶鋼特材、寶鋼特鋼製造管理部部長、製造質保黨委書記，寶鋼特鋼總經理助理，韶關鋼鐵總經理助理(掛職)，寶鋼特鋼副總經理兼寶鋼特鋼長材有限公司董事長，韶關鋼鐵黨委委員、董事、副總經理/高級副總裁(主持工作)、兼廣東韶鋼松山股份有限公司董事長等職務。劉建榮在鋼鐵企業生產製造、經營管理及公司治理等方面擁有豐富經驗。
鄒安，1974年11月生，中共黨員，高級會計師。現任寶武集團環境資源科技有限公司副總經理。歷任寶鋼集團財務部會計税務主管、預算管理主管，績效評價高級經理，寶鋼發展經營財務部長、總裁助理(代理)、副總裁兼經營財務部部長，寶武集團環境資源科技有限公司副總經理。鄒先生1996年畢業於華東冶金學院會計學專業，後獲得復旦大學金融學專業碩士學位。
謝超，1981年9月生，中共黨員，工程師。現任四川佳業投資發展有限公司執行董事兼總經理，四川德勝集團釩鈦有限公司副總經理、採供營銷黨支部書記。歷任四川德勝集團釩鈦有限公司鍊鋼廠黨支部書記、廠長、軋鋼廠廠長、營銷部部長，四川金德投資有限責任公司總經理，重慶德欽投資有限公司總經理，四川德勝集團釩鈦有限公司營銷部部長、採供部部長，四川德勝供應鏈管理有限公司常務副總經理兼營銷部部長。
