重庆钢铁(601005.SH)：聘请宝武集团广东韶关钢铁总裁刘建荣任公司总经理
格隆汇12月29日丨重庆钢铁(601005.SH)公布，公司总经理李永祥由于工作原因，于近日向公司董事会请求辞去总经理职务。李永祥确认与公司董事会、监事会以及管理层均未出现任何意见分歧，亦无任何有关辞任的其他事宜须提呈公司及股东注意。李永祥辞去总经理职务后，仍继续担任公司董事职务。
李永祥在担任公司总经理职务期间，恪尽职守、勤勉尽职，董事会对李永祥为公司发展所作出的贡献表示衷心感谢！
根据《中华人民共和国公司法》和《重庆钢铁股份有限公司章程》等规定，经公司董事会提名委员会审查通过和公司独立董事认可，公司第八届董事会第十六次会议审议通过了《关于聘任公司高级管理人员的议案》，同意聘请刘建荣任公司总经理，其任期自其根据有关规定辞去相关职务、履行完相关手续后正式生效，至公司第八届董事会届满之日止；同时，同意聘请邹安、谢超任公司副总经理，其任期自其根据有关规定辞去相关职务、履行完相关手续后正式生效，至公司第八届董事会届满之日止。
公告显示，刘建荣，1974年9月生，中共党员，高级工程师。现任宝武集团广东韶关钢铁有限公司董事、总裁、党委副书记，兼广东韶钢松山股份有限公司副董事长、党委副书记、法定代表人，重庆钢铁宝武协同支撑项目总代表。历任宝钢股份宝钢分公司制造管理部部长助理，宝钢股份特殊钢分公司制造管理部副部长，宝钢股份特钢事业部制造管理部副部长、部长，宝钢特材、宝钢特钢制造管理部部长、制造质保党委书记，宝钢特钢总经理助理，韶关钢铁总经理助理(挂职)，宝钢特钢副总经理兼宝钢特钢长材有限公司董事长，韶关钢铁党委委员、董事、副总经理/高级副总裁(主持工作)、兼广东韶钢松山股份有限公司董事长等职务。刘建荣在钢铁企业生产制造、经营管理及公司治理等方面拥有丰富经验。
邹安，1974年11月生，中共党员，高级会计师。现任宝武集团环境资源科技有限公司副总经理。历任宝钢集团财务部会计税务主管、预算管理主管，绩效评价高级经理，宝钢发展经营财务部长、总裁助理(代理)、副总裁兼经营财务部部长，宝武集团环境资源科技有限公司副总经理。邹先生1996年毕业于华东冶金学院会计学专业，后获得复旦大学金融学专业硕士学位。
谢超，1981年9月生，中共党员，工程师。现任四川佳业投资发展有限公司执行董事兼总经理，四川德胜集团钒钛有限公司副总经理、采供营销党支部书记。历任四川德胜集团钒钛有限公司炼钢厂党支部书记、厂长、轧钢厂厂长、营销部部长，四川金德投资有限责任公司总经理，重庆德钦投资有限公司总经理，四川德胜集团钒钛有限公司营销部部长、采供部部长，四川德胜供应链管理有限公司常务副总经理兼营销部部长。
