一、關於公司MCN業務的風險提示
近期，有媒體報道公司涉及“網紅概念股”。公司是一家以數據為基礎、以內容為導向、以技術為驅動的整合營銷傳播公司，主營業務為廣告代理服務。公司2019年四季度已開始佈局短視頻商業化和MCN營銷業務(Multiple-Channel Network，網紅孵化運營和營銷業務)。現風險提示如下：
公司MCN業務目前處於發展初期，尚未形成成熟的商業模式。其市場認可度及盈利模式尚存在不確定因素。該業務受未來市場規模、市場營銷力度、用户接受程度等因素的影響，存在不確定性。目前該業務未對公司業績產生重大影響，敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
二、大股東、董事及高級管理人員減持的風險提示

三、非公開發行股票事項進展風險提示
公司於2019年11月1日收到中國證監會出具的《關於請做好引力傳媒股份有限公司非公開發行股票申請發審委會議準備工作的函》，目前，公司已對所涉及的事項進行了核查、資料補充和問題答覆，具體內容詳見公司於2019年12月18日及2019年12月21日在上海證券交易所網站披露的《<關於請做好引力傳媒股份有限公司非公開發行股票申請發審委會議準備工作的函>的回覆》和《<關於請做好引力傳媒股份有限公司非公開發行股票申請發審委會議準備工作的函>的回覆(修訂稿)》。
公司本次非公開發行股票事項尚需中國證監會核准後方可實施，能否獲得中國證監會核准尚存在不確定性。
