*ST南糖(000911.SZ)：收到政府補貼
格隆匯12月27日丨*ST南糖(000911.SZ)公佈，一、根據《關於印發賓陽縣面臨暫時性生產經營困難且恢復有望企業認定聯審小組工作規程的通知》(賓人社發[2019]93號)，公司全資子公司南寧糖業賓陽大橋製糖有限責任公司(“大橋製糖公司”)屬於面臨暫時性生產經營困難且恢復有望企業，可獲得穩崗返還216.41萬元。
2019年12月26日，大橋製糖公司收到賓陽縣社會保險事業局轉來的穩崗返還216.41萬元。收到的該筆穩崗返還是與收益相關的政府補助，按照《企業會計準則—政府補助》規定，該筆補助確認為當期收益。
二、根據廣西壯族自治區財政廳《關於下達南寧糖業股份有限公司兼並重組貸款貼息資金的通知》(桂財農[2019]168號)、《南寧市財政局關於撥付南寧糖業股份有限公司兼併重組貸款貼息市級配套補助資金的通知》(南財工交[2019]449號)及《南寧市財政局撥付南寧糖業股份有限公司兼並重組貸款貼息資金的通知》(南財工交[2019]463號)等相關文件，公司2015年兼併重組河池市廣西環江遠豐糖業有限責任公司(“環江遠豐糖業公司”)產生的貸款貼息獲得廣西自治區和南寧市配套的補助資金5000萬元。公司已於2019年12月23日收到南寧市財政局轉來的兼併重組環江遠豐糖業公司貸款貼息補助款2000萬元。
2019年12月27日，公司收到南寧市財政局轉來的兼併重組環江遠豐糖業公司貸款貼息款3000萬元。收到的該筆貼息是與收益相關的政府補助，按照《企業會計準則—政府補助》規定，該筆貼息衝減公司相關的借款費用、增加當期利潤。
三、根據《南寧市財政局關於下達製糖企業糖業股份有限公司融資貸款貼息資金的通知》(南財工交[2019]469號)，公司2018/2019榨季獲得廣西自治區財政配套的融資貸款貼息1234.82萬元。2019年12月27日，公司收到南寧市財政局轉來的2018/2019榨季融資貸款貼息款1234.82萬元。
收到的該筆貼息是與收益相關的政府補助，按照《企業會計準則—政府補助》規定，該筆貼息衝減公司相關的借款費用、增加當期利潤。
四、此次公告的政府補助會對公司2019年度利潤產生一定影響，具體的會計處理仍須以會計師年度審計確認後的結果為準。
