華陽集團(002906.SZ)子公司變更經營範圍並完成工商變更登記
格隆匯12月27日丨華陽集團(002906.SZ)公佈，惠州市華陽集團股份有限公司於近日收到全資子公司惠州華陽通用電子有限公司(“華陽通用”)的通知，華陽通用因業務發展需要，對其經營範圍進行了變更，並已完成工商變更登記手續，取得了惠州仲愷高新技術產業開發區市場監督管理局換髮的《營業執照》。
變更前內容：經營範圍：車載信息娛樂系統及配套功能模塊(國內外各制式數字電視、數字廣播、汽車總線盒、導航模塊、無線充電模塊、藍牙模塊、WIFI模塊、NFC模塊、無線通訊模塊、3G/4G/5G等模塊)、汽車空氣調節控制設備及零部件、胎壓監測系統及零部件、熱管理控制系統及零部件、汽車安全駕駛輔助設備及零部件、間接視野裝置及零部件、車載儀表及零部件、車身控制系統及零部件、車載總線網絡系統及零部件、車內及車際通訊系統及零部件、衞星導航定位系統及零部件、汽車智能中控台系統及零部件、告警控制系統及零部件、門窗燈光控制系統及零部件、汽車電子裝置及零部件、智能車載終端產品及零部件、車聯網系統及其配套設備(T-BOX、HUD、顯示模組等)、車用雷達、傳感器、交互控制盒、保險槓、攝像頭、工裝、模具的開發、生產、加工、銷售；技術服務；軟件產品的開發、銷售。產品在國內外市場銷售。(以上項目不涉及外商投資准入特別管理措施。)(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動。)

除經營範圍變更外，華陽通用《營業執照》的其他登記事項均保持不變。
