博思軟件(300525.SZ)與騰訊雲計算簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯12月27日丨博思軟件(300525.SZ)公佈，公司與騰訊雲計算(北京)有限責任公司(“騰訊雲計算”)本着互惠互利、友好合作的原則，經平等協商，於2019年12月27日在北京簽訂了《戰略合作協議》。雙方擬通過發揮各自領域的資源優勢，在互聯網信息服務領域進行深入的業務合作。
林芝騰訊科技有限公司(“林芝騰訊”)持有公司股份18,211,201股，佔公司總股本的8.51%，為公司持股5%以上的股東。林芝騰訊為騰訊雲計算的一致行動人，根據《深圳證券交易所創業板股票上市規則》等相關規定，林芝騰訊及騰訊雲計算為公司的關聯方，此次交易構成關聯交易。
公司於 2019年12月27日召開第三屆董事會第二十次會議審議通過《關於與騰訊雲計算(北京)有限責任公司簽訂戰略合作協議暨關聯交易的議案》，同意公司與騰訊雲計算簽訂《戰略合作協議》，公司將與騰訊雲計算在電子票據、雲計算、大數據、區塊鏈、支付以及人工智能等領域加強合作，並就具體業務合作另行簽署相關合作協議。
雙方同意在多個領域中加強合作，具體而言：
公司承諾與騰訊雲計算及其關聯公司加強合作，包括但不限於電子票據、雲計算、大數據、區塊鏈、支付以及人工智能領域。就前述合作的業務，雙方同意在每個季度召開合作溝通會。
騰訊雲計算將協調及其關聯公司，就非税收票據領域、財政核心一體化以及電子採購領域，加強與公司合作。
此次合作，雙方發揮各自領域的資源優勢，在互聯網信息服務領域進行深入的業務合作，有利於促進公司在電子票據、雲計算、大數據、區塊鏈、支付以及人工智能等領域的發展和相關延伸，對公司的經營發展將起到積極作用。
此次簽訂的《戰略合作協議》未涉及具體業務，故對公司2019年度經營業績不會產生重大影響，但協議的具體落實有助於進一步提升公司業務發展空間，為公司提供新的業務增長點。
