希瑪眼科(03309.HK):擬收購深圳坪山地塊標書獲接納

格隆匯12月27日丨希瑪眼科(03309.HK)發佈公告,2019年12月27日,深圳希瑪簽署於同日自深圳市土地房產交易中心接獲的成交確認書,據此,標書獲接納。深圳希瑪將有權以購買價人民幣2.09億元收購該土地的土地使用權。根據拍賣公告及成交確認書,深圳希瑪將於簽署成交確認書後與坪山管理局訂立土地使用權轉讓協議。

深圳希瑪將予收購的地段編號為G11339–8023的該土地位於深圳市坪山區坪山路(即坪山大道與比亞迪路交匯處的西北側),總地盤面積為4,958.41平方米,總規劃建築面積為20,000平方米。該土地將用作商業用途。該土地的土地使用權年期將為40年。

該土地位於深圳市坪山區。坪山區將為深圳市的新核心開發區。該土地鄰近坪山高鐵站,毗鄰已規劃的深圳地鐵14號線的沙湖站。該土地位於深圳市東部的一處重要交通樞紐,交通便利,可透過高速列車連接深圳市福田區以及鄰近的主要城市(包括香港、上海、長沙及南京)。

集團擬利用該土地於深圳市坪山區開設一間新眼科醫院(就所處位置的便利程度而言,其對於患者及深圳市東部的日益增長人口而言乃理想場所)及用作集團位於粵港澳大灣區的總部。

董事認為,收購事項乃集團繼續實施其中國策略,進一步拓展於深圳市的服務網絡的發展良機,這有利於集團眼科醫院業務營運的持續及穩定增長,使集團得以節省眼科醫院及總部的租金費用。
