創新醫療(002173.SZ)擬使用募集資金向康華醫院增資1億元
格隆匯12月27日丨創新醫療(002173.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年12月27日召開第五屆董事會2019年第十一次臨時會議和第五屆監事會第二十三次會議，審議通過了《關於使用募集資金對全資子公司增資的議案》。鑑於公司全資子公司海寧康華醫院有限公司(“康華醫院”)承建的募集資金投資建設項目康華醫院二期工程建設項目目前的建設需求，為順利推進公司募集資金投資建設項目康華醫院二期工程項目建設，公司使用募集資金1億元對全資子公司康華醫院進行增資。
海寧康華醫院有限公司經營範圍：全科醫療科、內科、呼吸內科專業、消化內科專業、神經內科專業、心血管內科專業、血液內科專業、腎病學專業、內分泌專業、免疫學專業、老年病專業、外科、普通外科專業、神經外科專業、骨科專業、泌尿外科專業、胸外科專業、燒傷科專業、婦產科、婦科專業、計劃生育專業、兒科、小兒外科、眼科、耳鼻咽喉科、耳科專業、鼻科專業、咽喉科專業、口腔科、口腔內科專業、口腔頜面外科專業、正畸專業、口腔修復專業、皮膚科、皮膚病專業、腫瘤科、急診醫學科、康復醫學科、麻醉科、重症醫學科、醫學檢驗科、臨牀體液、血液專業、臨牀微生物學專業、臨牀化學檢驗專業、臨牀免疫、血清學專業、醫學影像科、X線診斷專業、CT診斷專業、超聲診斷專業、心電診斷專業、腦電及腦血流圖診斷專業、神經肌肉電圖專業、介入放射學專業、中醫科、中西醫結合科(憑有效醫院執業許可證經營)
公司此次使用募集資金1億元對全資子公司康華醫院增資，增資的資金將按照公司募投項目建設規劃全部用於康華醫院二期工程建設項目，此次增資有利於提高募集資金的使用效率和募集資金投資項目的穩步推進和實施，有利於增強全資子公司康華醫院的資本實力，促進康華醫院擴大經營規模，提升公司的綜合競爭實力，符合公司中長期發展戰略規劃。
