港股異動 | 濠賭股集體走強 美高梅中國漲4.37%
格隆匯12月27日丨濠賭股集體走強,美高梅中國(2282.HK)漲4.37%,永利澳門(1128.HK)、銀河娛樂(0027.HK)等漲逾3%。高盛研報指,在中國領導人到訪澳門期間,公佈了多項政策,主要是着重經濟多元化至成為金融中心及將澳門納入大灣區。整體而言,相關政策方向符合預期,以及與澳門早前公佈要建立人民幣計價證券交易所的計劃一致。雖然這些政策不太可能對澳門博彩業有即時直接的影響,但反映了中央政府對澳門的支持,未來有助帶動更多流動性,從而支持博彩總收入(GGR)的增長。雖然賭股在過去一個月升了8%,同期恆指升5%,但行業估值不算高,現價相當於2020年預測EV/EBITDA(企業價值倍數)12倍,歷史平均水平為13至14倍。建議買入澳博控股,又認為銀河娛樂及永利澳門在翻新後將重新獲得市場份額。
