格隆匯12月26日丨康達爾(000048.SZ)公佈，2019年12月26日，公司第九屆董事會2019年第九次臨時會議審議通過《關於擬變更公司名稱和證券簡稱的議案》。
變更前：中文名稱：深圳市康達爾(集團)股份有限公司；英文名稱：SHENZHEN KONDARL(GROUP)CO.,LTD；證券簡稱：康達爾；英文簡稱：KONDARL；證券代碼：000048；
變更後：中文名稱：深圳市京基智農時代股份有限公司；英文名稱：SHENZHEN KINGKEY SMART AGRICULTURE TIMES CO.,LTD；證券簡稱：京基智農；英文簡稱：KINGKEYSMARTAGRI；證券代碼：000048。
2019年7月25日，公司第九屆董事會2019年第五次臨時會議審議通過了《關於進一步明確公司戰略規劃的議案》。結合市場行情、資源優勢以及公司實際情況，公司進一步明確以“深化農業主業發展”為核心的發展戰略：堅持以現代農業作為核心業務，以安全、綠色為首要要求，加大農業投入，加強技術研發，在廣東及周邊地區逐步建設畜禽標準化規模養殖加工基地，重點服務粵港澳大灣區，探索資源整合，利用先進技術構建高起點、高標準、高效率、從農場到餐桌的全程可追溯產業鏈；對於公司現有的房地產業務，僅限於對既有的存量土地以自行或與第三方專業機構合作等形式開發和運營，不再新增其他房地產項目。
為構建公司農業全產業鏈，加速推進現代農業的戰略佈局，公司於2019年8月21日、10月30日、11月13日、11月18日、11月30日分別與廣東省高州市人民政府、湛江市徐聞縣人民政府、茂名市電白區人民政府、梅州市農業農村局、海南省文昌市人民政府、廣西壯族自治區賀州市人民政府簽署關於建設生豬產業鏈項目的投資框架協議，並於2019年10月18日與華南農業大學簽署《戰略合作框架協議書》。目前相關項目及合作均在穩步推進。
京基集團有限公司(“京基集團”)於2018年11月23日完成對公司的首次要約收購，成為公司的控股股東；於2019年10月11日完成對公司的再次要約收購，直接及間接持有公司股份比例合計達到71.50%。自成為公司控股股東以來，京基集團一直致力於利用自身資源優勢推動公司發展。
綜上，結合公司“發展智慧農業，利用先進技術構建農業全產業鏈”的戰略定位，同時綜合考慮京基集團在房地產及其他領域均具備較高知名度、持有公司股份比例高以及其未來的產業佈局，為重塑公司的資本市場形象，提升品牌影響力，擬將公司名稱變更為“深圳市京基智農時代股份有限公司”(以工商行政管理部門最終核准的名稱為準)，證券簡稱變更為“京基智農”。
