雲南鍺業(002428.SZ)子公司擬實施磷化銦單晶片建設項目
格隆匯12月26日丨雲南鍺業(002428.SZ)公佈，2019年12月25日，公司第六屆董事會第二十八次會議審議通過《關於實施“磷化銦單晶片建設項目”的議案》，同意控股子公司雲南鑫耀半導體材料有限公司(“鑫耀公司”)實施“磷化銦單晶片建設項目”。
該項目將由鑫耀公司在昆明高新技術產業開發區馬金鋪電力裝備園B-5-5地塊雲南國家鍺材料基地內建設一條磷化銦單晶片生產線，生產線建成後將具備年產15萬片4英寸磷化銦單晶片的能力。項目建設期24個月。
該項目總投資約3.24億元，其中建設投資約2.93億元(包括工藝設備及安裝費、建築安裝工程費、工程建設其他費用等)，建設期利息1750萬元，鋪底流動資金1329萬元。
該項目實施內容包括已完成的“5萬片/年2英寸磷化銦單晶及晶片產業化建設項目”(下稱“2英寸項目”)目前，2英寸項目已完成投資4010.16萬元，因此該項目未來還需完成投資金額約約2.84億元。
項目達產後預計可實現年營業收入約3.2億元，達產預計年平均利潤總額為約1.19億元。
磷化銦(InP)單晶是光電子、微電子器件的關鍵材料。該項目產業化的實施，符合國家產業政策導向，對於促進國防工業、航空航天工業、電子產業的發展具有重要的意義。磷化銦晶片作為一種新型半絕緣晶片，對於改善和提高基微電子器件的性能具有重要的意義，既保持了傳統原生摻鐵襯底的高阻特性，同時鐵濃度大幅降低，電學性質、均勻性和一致性顯著提高，主要用於製作半導體材料以及光纖通信技術。
因此，該項目的實施有利於滿足下游逐步增長的市場需求，符合國家產業政策，同時“5萬片/年2英寸磷化銦單晶及晶片產業化建設項目”的實施，為該項目的實施奠定了產業化基礎，該項目將在此基礎上，實現4英寸磷化銦單晶及晶片的產業化。
該項目的實施，將有利於公司內部新材料產業的發展，促進公司產業向深加工方向轉型、升級，對公司長期、穩定發展有積極作用，對提升公司盈利能力也有積極的促進作用。公司控股子公司鑫耀公司作為項目實施的主體，項目建成後將進一步豐富鑫耀公司在半導體材料領域的產品，有利於鞏固和提升其產業基礎，增強其核心競爭力。
