易華錄(300212.SZ)：與曠視科技等擬合作投建山東聊城城市數據湖項目
格隆匯12月25日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，山東省聊城市人民政府、聊城市東昌府區人民政府、北京曠視科技有限公司(“曠視科技”)和公司擬合作投資建設山東聊城城市數據湖項目，以城市數據湖建設為基礎，充分發揮當前大數據領域相關政策精神，為聊城市引入大數據產業，推動城市發展和產業轉型。
聊城數據湖項目總投資121328萬元，聊城市財信投資有限公司(“聊城財信”)、聊城市安泰城鄉投資開發有限責任公司(“聊城安泰”)、曠視科技和易華錄將共同成立山東聊雲信息技術有限責任公司(暫定名，公司名稱以工商註冊為準。“項目公司”)。項目公司註冊資金擬定為3億元人民幣，其中聊城財信出資6000萬元，持股比例為20%；聊城安泰出資6000萬元，持股比例為20%；曠視科技出資7500萬元，持股比例為25%；易華錄出資10500萬元，持股比例為35%。
聊城數據湖項目公司本着“立足聊城、服務山東、輻射華東”的使命打造地區級數據湖基礎設施，與濟南數據湖、德州數據湖、青島數據湖相輔相成，共同推進大數據產業在山東地區的發展。另一方面，公司將圍繞聊城數據湖項目進行產品研發與推廣、諮詢規劃、系統運維、業務運營等，目標是充分利用聊城數據湖的服務能力及帶動能力，將聊城數據湖經營成為立足東昌府區、服務聊城市、輻射山東省的新一代信息基礎設施和綜合性的大數據服務平台。
項目公司組建後將作為聊城數據湖的建設方及運營方，以聊城數據湖的服務能力及湖內的海量數據為基礎，開展基礎設施服務和數據運營服務、智能解析及應用服務，為公司數據湖建設、數據運營貢獻新的利潤增長點。同時，曠視科技作為戰略伙伴共同參與聊城數據湖項目的投資及運營，將協同易華錄數據湖開闢出多樣化的人工智能算法應用場景，為易華錄數據湖生態提供技術支撐，共同促進數據-人工智能算法-應用生態產業鏈戰略發展。本次項目的合作，將以聊城為藍本，實現政府大數據與物聯網、雲計算、人工智能產業的創新融合，為易華錄數據湖打造數據運營生態積累寶貴經驗。
