易華錄(300212.SZ)子公司與關聯方擬合作投建浙江寧波城市數據湖項目
格隆匯12月25日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，華錄資本控股有限公司(“華錄資本”)、浙江中安融信企業管理有限公司(“浙江中安融信”)、北京建工路橋集團有限公司(“北京建工路橋”)與公司控股子公司山東易華錄信息技術有限公司(“山東易華錄”)擬合作投資建設浙江寧波城市數據湖項目，為奉化區引入大數據產業，推動城市發展和產業升級。
寧波城市數據湖項目總投資85262萬元，華錄資本、浙江中安融信、北京建工路橋與山東易華錄將共同成立華錄中安數據湖產業園區(寧波)有限公司(暫定名，公司名稱以工商註冊為準。“項目公司”)。項目公司註冊資金擬定為1.6億元人民幣，其中華錄資本出資6400萬元，持股比例為40%；浙江中安融信出資4160萬元，持股比例為26%；北京建工路橋出資4000萬元，持股比例為25%；山東易華錄出資1440萬元，持股比例為9%。
華錄資本系公司控股股東中國華錄集團有限公司的全資子公司，因此上述投資行為構成關聯交易。根據《深圳證券交易所創業板股票上市規則》規定，本次關聯交易的批准權限在公司董事會對外投資權限內，不需提交股東大會審議。此次關聯交易不構成《上市公司重大資產重組管理辦法》規定的重大資產重組。
2018年全年寧波市實現地區生產總值10746億元，躋身萬億GDP城市行列，僅用全國0.1%的陸域面積創造了全國1.19%的GDP。寧波數據湖將以奉化為基點輻射寧波全市，為當地近千萬人口和企業的提供優質的數據服務。同時，寧波作為沿海城市也是繼山東青島之後在海洋大數據產業上落地的第二個基點。隨着我國海洋立體監測網、信息網絡的迅猛發展、海洋領域科考和計算活動的高速進步，使得全球海洋數據量急劇增長，逼近E級(1000P)。面對寧波這一重要數據服務市場及海洋大數據將開闢廣闊的應用服務空間。寧波數據湖將在寧波市數據服務、海洋大數據存儲應用等層面為公司數據湖生態接入更多用户，拓展更多的應用場景，為公司拓展更多的盈利場景。同時，該項目是華錄資本成立後資本助力產業發展的樣板工程，對於推動“城市數據湖”業務發展、品牌效應快速提升、業務收益提高具有重要意義，為公司數據湖加速拓展積累寶貴經驗。
