五礦發展(600058.SH):披露部分土地及土地上相關配套公共設施由政府收儲的進展
格隆匯12月25日丨五礦發展(600058.SH)披露控股子公司部分土地及土地上相關配套公共設施由政府收儲的進展,截至目前,五礦湖鐵已收回土地上相關配套公共設施的收購款800萬元,首期350畝土地收購款已收回2527.98萬元。由於土地交易對方湘鄉國土資源中心資金緊張,難以按原協議約定時間支付土地收購款項。近日,湘鄉國土資源中心根據首期350畝土地治理及驗收進展情況以及第二期543.77畝土地治理規劃,就土地收購款支付情況安排如下:350畝土地欠款餘額6572.02萬元,將於2020年年底前分期支付到位。543.77畝土地明確將分兩期支付收購款,第一期150畝土地款3899.99萬元將於2023年年底前支付到位;第二期393.77畝土地款10,238.01萬元將於2026年年底前支付到位。
根據2018年五礦湖鐵與湘鄉國土資源中心簽訂的國有土地使用權收購協議的有關約定,第二期543.77畝土地由湘鄉市人民政府爭取專項土地治理資金,對土地進行治理,並視治理完成情況,分期分批支付。近日,湘鄉國土資源中心已作出土地治理規劃,並進一步明確了543.77畝土地收購款的支付時間,同時確認有充足資金支付上述款項。公司判斷該款項能夠如期收回,據此於本年確認資產處置收益,對公司當期損益影響為增加公司利潤約5152.22萬元(最終實際影響以審計結果為準)。
