蘇墾農發(601952.SH)擬暫緩實施農業科學研究院建設項目
格隆匯12月25日丨蘇墾農發(601952.SH)公佈，根據公司《首次公開發行股票招股説明書》披露的首發募集資金運用計劃，公司"百萬畝農田改造建設項目"計劃使用募集資金總額166,767.17萬元、"大華種業集團改擴建項目"計劃使用募集資金總額13,227.76萬元、"農業科學研究院建設項目"計劃使用募集資金總額9,317.37萬元、"農業信息化建設項目"計劃使用募集資金總額9,532.90萬元、"補充流動資金"計劃使用募集資金總額30,000萬元。
此次擬暫緩實施的募集資金投資項目為"農業科學研究院建設項目"，該項目旨在通過整合公司已有科研資源、加大研發投入力度、改善科研基礎條件、創新科研體制和機制等措施，創建以農科院"總部"為核心、"一院、四所、一中心"為支撐的獨立高效的科技創新平台。項目主要投資包含綜合樓、實驗樓等建築工程投資和科研儀器設備採購投資。項目原選址於淮安市淮安區白馬湖農場，計劃建設週期為兩年(24個月)，預計達到可使用狀態時間為2019年12月。
截至2019年12月，該項目累計使用募集資金739.01萬元，佔該項目計劃使用募集資金金額的7.93%，募集資金餘額9,291.74萬元(含現金理財及利息收入)。
公告稱，"農業科學研究院建設項目"原選址於淮安市淮安區白馬湖農場，因項目計劃實施地點地理位置較偏僻，不利於高層次農業研究人才的引進，對公司科研創新、研究項目的實施、學術交流及對外合作等都有較大影響，無法達到項目建設預期效果。現項目實施期限即將屆滿，公司雖自2018年以來已開始重新選址實施該項目，但項目選址仍存在較大不確定性，其他推進工作尚未取得實質進展，實際建設進度與計劃存在較大差距。為確保公司募集資金規範使用，同時為了更好地保護公司及投資者利益，擬暫緩實施該項目。
