浙江联合投资(08366.HK)拟与华冠通讯设合资开展5G手机产品开发生产及全球销售
格隆汇12月24日丨浙江联合投资(08366.HK)公布，于2019年12月24日，公司与华冠通讯股份有限公司订立合作协议，据此，公司与华冠通讯股份有限公司同意在香港成立一所初始注册资本为4,200万港元的合资企业，公司以现金出资约3,360万港元，而华冠通讯股份有限公司以特定5G手机及其他终端技术资产方式出资余下的款项。
合资企业将主要从事开展5G手机及相关产品之开发、生产及全球销售。订约各方同意努力在三年内令合营企业的手机年销售量达到或超过500万台。
协议内容为根据公司的品牌策略和订单提出具体产品开发提案进行产品开发和设计，并以华冠通讯股份有限公司所拥有台湾莺歌厂及江苏吴江厂共约年产能1,000万台的产线，接受合资企业下单生产合资企业所需的5G手机及相关产品；同时提供目前海外既有市场管道，协助该公司开拓业务。
