博世科(300422.SZ)：聯合體預中標北海工業園排水及再生水系統工程EPC總承包項目
格隆匯12月24日丨博世科(300422.SZ)公佈，近日，公司與全資子公司湖南博世科環保科技有限公司(“湖南博世科”)、廣西建工集團第三建築工程有限責任公司(“廣西建工”)組成聯合體參與了“北海工業園排水及再生水系統工程設計-採購-施工(EPC)總承包工程”的公開招投標。2019年12月24日，北海市公共資源交易中心網站(http://www.bhsggzy.cn/)發佈了《北海工業園排水及再生水系統工程設計-採購-施工(EPC)總承包工程中標候選人公示》，確定聯合體成為該項目的第一中標候選人。
項目名稱：北海工業園排水及再生水系統工程設計-採購-施工(EPC)總承包；投標報價：總報價為3.71億元，其中設計費為667.46萬元，施工費為2.55億元，設備採購費為1.1億元；工期：540日曆天。
該項目近、遠期合計佔地218.7畝，其中近期廠區佔地面積約109.70畝，尾水生態濕地佔地28.22畝。項目新建污水處理廠1座，新建再生水廠1座，污水排水收集管網11,337m、新建兩座泵站，中水回用工程，尾水生態濕地及排放工程，尾水排放明渠3.36km。污水廠及再生水廠近期規模45,000m3/d，遠期擴大至90,000m3/d。該期設計按近期進行建設，建設範圍包括污水廠、再生水廠、工藝設備、建築、結構、電氣、儀表、自動控制、排水收集管網及泵站工程、生態濕地和尾水排放明渠建設工程、中水站點及中水管網工程。
廣西北海工業園區是經國家發改委確認為全國第一批通過審核公告的省級開發區之一，被列入廣西壯族自治區重點支持的北部灣經濟區11個重點產業園區。為促進北海市生態文明建設，落實水污染防治計劃，實現北海工業集聚區全部實現污水集中處理的目標，廣西北海工業園將通過實施項目進一步完善園區污水處理基礎配套設施。該項目實施後，將成為廣西區內首個集污水處理、再生水資源利用、河道生態修復的多功能污水處理廠。
依託在水污染治理領域的核心技術、設備優勢和一系列工業、產業園區的項目實施經驗，此次公司與廣西建工、湖南博世科組成聯合體預中標“北海工業園排水及再生水系統工程設計-採購-施工(EPC)總承包”，是公司在工業、產業園區環保基礎設施配套建設方面綜合競爭能力的體現，有利於公司進一步開拓市場，獲取訂單。該項目合同總價暫定為3.71億元，若聯合體正式中標且項目順利實施，將對公司經營業績產生積極影響，同時有利於改善區域環境質量，提高北海市再生水資源利用率，推動綠色發展和生態文明建設。
