長城電工(600192.SH)：天傳所集團及其子公司擬簽訂合計4.25億元合同
格隆匯12月24日丨長城電工(600192.SH)公佈，公司於2019年12月23日召開了第電七屆董事會第一次會議，會議審議通過了《關於子公司簽訂重大合同的議案》，對公司控股子公司天水電氣傳動研究所集團有限公司及子其子公司(“天傳所集團”)擬與甘肅第一建設集團有限責任公司(“甘肅一建”)就“晶科電力白城光伏發電獎勵激勵基地2019年3號100MW光伏發電項目”簽訂施工勞務分包合同和設備採購合同的事項進行了審議。
公司的控股子公司天傳所集團及其子公司擬與甘肅一建就“晶科電力白城光伏發電獎勵激勵基地2019年3號100MW光伏發電項目”分別簽訂項目施工勞務分包合同和設備採購合同。合同金額總計約為4.25億元。
合同內容為天傳所集團及其子公司負責項目建成併網發電所需設備和材料的採購、運輸、裝卸、儲存、保險，場地清理，建築工程，施工安裝，調試及檢測，試運行至正常發電(含升壓站及外線工程)，並經發包人及基地辦驗收合格。
項目名稱：晶科電力白城光伏發電獎勵激勵基地2019年3號100MW光伏發電項目；項目性質：該項目為國家“光伏領跑者”項目；“領跑者計劃”是國家於2015年正式啟動的光伏扶持專項計劃，通過建設先進技術光伏發電示範基地、新技術應用示範工程等方式實施，旨在引導光伏技術進步和產業升級。項目規模：總裝機容量100MWp。
該項目為“交鑰匙”工程。發包方與基地辦負責針對國家政策性文件及政府合法合規性要求的所有手續、接入手續、併網手續等。承包方負責該項目建成併網發電所需設備和材料的採購、運輸、裝卸、儲存、保險，場地清理，建築工程，施工安裝，調試及檢測，試運行至正常發電(含升壓站及外線工程)，並經發包人及基地辦驗收合格。建設工期：計劃2019年12月開工，2020年6月30日全容量併網。合同總金額：約4.25億元(具體金額以最終簽訂的合同為準)。
該項目的實施對公司2019年度經營業績無影響，對公司未來的發展將產生積極的影響。該項目的實施符合公司產業發展方向，能帶動公司新能源產業的發展和產業鏈的完善。該事項屬公司日常經營事項，不會對公司業務的獨立性產生不利影響。
