格隆匯12月24日丨CEC INTL HOLD(00759.HK)發佈中期業績,截至10月31日止6個月,公司實現收益9.04億港元,同比減少1.13%;毛利3.09億港元,同比減少1.23%;公司權益持有人應占期內溢利507萬港元,同比增長254.3%;基本每股盈利0.76港仙;不派中期股息。
公告表示,集團於回顧期內以節約資源為本,採取極審慎的政策,嚴格控制零售業務及電子元件製造業務的成本,冀能在經濟風暴中穩中求存。截至2019年10月31日止6個月內,集團綜合收益錄得較去年同期下跌1.1%。於回顧期內集團受惠於出售一項零售業務自用物業所得482.2萬港元的增值入賬,故此權益持有人應占溢利增至507萬港元。
