雙"創"攜手：首創置業(02868.HK)與融創中國簽署戰略合作協議

2019年12月23日，首創置業(02868.HK)及旗下首金資本與融創中國(01918.HK)在北京簽署戰略合作協議。首創集團黨委書記、董事長李愛慶，融創中國董事會主席孫宏斌出席儀式並致辭。首創置業執行董事、總裁鍾北辰，融創中國執行董事、行政總裁汪孟德代表雙方簽署協議。首創置業及融創中國相關管理層一同出席儀式。
雙方將以此次協議簽署為契機，充分發揮各自優勢，共同進行項目投資及金融合作，目標合作投資總投資規模200億元人民幣，目標合作基金總規模100億元人民幣。本次戰略合作協議的簽署意味着雙方將建立長期、全面的戰略合作伙伴關係，共同推進“產業+金融”價值鏈的多層次合作，強強聯合，互利互信，攜手實現共同繁榮的美好願景，進一步助力地產、金融、城市的和諧共贏。
協議簽署前，首創集團黨委書記、董事長李愛慶在融創中國董事會主席孫宏斌和融創中國執行董事、行政總裁汪孟德的陪同下參觀了融創中國品牌館，隨後就各自企業發展戰略和現狀、未來合作的業務和領域等，進行了深入地會談和交流。
會談中，融創中國董事會主席孫宏斌基於當前房地產行業所面臨的機遇與挑戰，闡述了自己的觀點與判斷，也介紹了融創中國的發展歷程和業務方向，即圍繞“地產+”進行產業佈局，以服務、文旅、文化、會議會展、康養等產業板塊，助力地產核心主業的發展。孫總表示，首創置業在首創集團的支持下，近年來業務佈局和發展優勢顯著，通過前期的項目合作，高度認可首創置業作為市場化國有企業的工作機制和效率；雙方有着一致的合作理念，也有着相近的企業文化，希望能與首創集團及首創置業進行更廣泛、更深入的合作。
首創集團黨委書記、董事長李愛慶在交流中，首先肯定了融創中國在房地產領域所取得的驕人業績及多元化佈局的領先優勢，同時，也介紹了首創集團環保、地產、基礎設施、金融、文創等核心業務佈局，以及首創置業的業務發展定位和發展戰略，期待雙方能夠在地產投資開發、產業互動融合、金融賦能創新等領域激發出更強的合作潛能。首創與融創在資源稟賦和業務優勢上具有很強的互補性，此次雙“創”攜手，有利於雙方共同提升企業核心競爭力、推動各自創新轉型、實現長遠和穩健發展。
今年12月，中央經濟工作會議指出，我國正處在轉變發展方式、優化經濟結構、轉換增長動力的攻關期。中國房地產行業也面臨新的挑戰和變革。本次戰略合作協議的簽署，是雙方資源協同、優勢互補，合作深化的關鍵一步。融創中國和首創置業將憑藉各自領先的項目資源獲取能力、精細化的開發運營能力、豐富多元的產業鏈佈局、以及強大的資金及金融創新等優勢，重點開展收併購類、產城融合類項目合作，並在項目投資、金融創新、產業資源等層面展開全方位的深度溝通與協作，攜手共進，互利共贏。目前，雙方在杭州、武漢、鄭州、上海、昆明等城市的多個項目正積極推進過程中，部分項目有望近期快速落地。
