都市麗人(02298.HK)推轉型計劃 加強電商渠道投入力度 將業務版圖拓展至低線城市
格隆匯12月23日丨都市麗人(02298.HK)公佈,近月來,為了改善業務表現,集團已採取多項措施,包括但不限於:
(a)於2019年8月委任於中國成衣行業有多年豐富經驗的蕭家樂為新行政總裁及其他高級管理人員,以領導及帶動集團的策略措施,並加強集團的執行能力及效率;及
(b)於2019年8月聘任波士頓諮詢公司,以檢討(其中包括)集團業務策略、品牌營運模式及存貨管理,並協助制定及實施集團的業務策略。
波士頓諮詢公司已於2019年10月底向集團提交其研究結果,當中詳盡列出財務及營運方面的改善建議,供集團考慮及採取進一步行動。
於2019年11月和12月,董事會、蕭家樂連同集團其他高級管理層成員舉行會議討論集團的轉型計劃,並採取或將採取以下投資於品牌和產品開發、改善產品價格和企劃、優化成本結構及為集團打造更好的分銷渠道之行動,其中包括:
(a)於2019年12月聯合新代言人關曉彤小姐推出"做自己的偶像"為主題的新商業廣告,以推廣新設計的優質產品;
(b)於2019年第四季度開設以"家庭理念"為主題的購物中心門店和於2019年12月以全新的形象開設第7代貼身衣物門店,以吸引消費者;
(c)加強對電商渠道的投入力度和拓展業務版圖至國內低線城市以填補市場缺口;及
(d)嚴控成本和削減非必要的費用。新的廣告和新形象門店受到消費者的接受,因此在可預見的未來,將加大力度推出更多新廣告和開設更多新形象門店。
董事會認為,上述這些行動將能逐步恢復集團及其加盟商的穩健盈利能力。
