《港股总结》恒指升35点 医药及水泥股造好
欧美股市上周五(20日)造好。恒指今早高开153点後，在28,000点前遇到阻力，升幅收窄并一度倒跌，曾低见27,830。恒指午後仍於两万八点水平下徘徊，全日升35点或0.1%，收27,906点；国指升22点或0.2%，报11,052点。大市成交额655.51亿元。沪、深港通南下交易半日净流入金额分别为8.89亿及5.98亿元。
富时罗素指数升阿里巴巴(09988.HK)投资比重至74.31%今早开市生效，股价破顶高见210.2元，全日升0.7%，报208.4元。腾讯(00700.HK)升0.7%，报377.8元。金山软件(03888.HK)计划分拆金山云美国上市，股价升1.6%。手机设备股炒上，通达(00698.HK)急升18.2%。信利(00732.HK)、高伟(01415.HK)分别扬6.1%及8%。
友邦(01299.HK)倒跌0.9%。汇控(00005.HK)、中移动(00941.HK)分别跌0.3%及0.4%。中国铁塔(00788.HK)亦跌0.6%。万洲(00288.HK)、申洲(02313.HK)股价均升1.9%。
中资金融及券商股偏软，中国平安(02318.HK)、国寿(02628.HK)、工行(01398.HK)跌0.2%-0.8%。新华保险(01336.HK)跌1.8%。中信证券(06030.HK)及海通证券(06837.HK)分别跌1.9%及1.8%。建行(00939.HK)则升0.9%。
住建部表示，明年要稳地价、稳楼价，完善住房保障体系试点工作，刺激水泥股午後上扬，海螺水泥(00914.HK)、中建材(03323.HK)分别升2.4%及1.7%。蓝筹医药股表现向好，石药(01093.HK)、中生制药(01177.HK)分别升2.4%及2%。
圆通速递(06123.HK)有大手上板，股价急弹22.7%，曾高见2.4元。维珍妮(02199.HK)主席增持股权至72.86%，股价急升13.5%。松龄护老集团(01989.HK)控股股东洽售持股，复牌挫12%。中国汽车新零售(00526.HK)与京东汽车实质展开战略合作协议签署进程，该股扬8.7%。
