國瓷材料(300285.SZ)擬斥410.8萬元參設稀土催化創新研究院(東營)
格隆匯12月23日丨國瓷材料(300285.SZ)公佈，公司與天津大學資產經營有限公司、有研稀土新材料股份有限公司、濰柴動力股份有限公司、無錫威孚高科技集團股份有限公司、雲南省貴金屬新材料控股集團有限公司、山東奧福環保科技股份有限公司、合肥恆信汽車發動機部件製造有限公司、江蘇國盛新材料有限公司、自然人沈美慶、自然人王務林、自然人王軍簽署《組建“稀土催化創新研究院(東營)有限公司”投資協議》，在山東東營共同出資設立稀土催化創新研究院(東營)有限公司。
稀土催化創新研究院(東營)有限公司經營範圍：稀土催化材料及技術研發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、成果評估及應用推廣；稀土催化材料及產品(不含危險化學品)製造、銷售；稀土催化材料及技術投融資服務；標準制定；稀土催化材料及器件檢測及評價服務；產業發展戰略信息諮詢；人才培養與企業孵化；環保技術推廣服務；數據處理及存儲服務；工業設計服務；知識產權服務；科技中介服務；自營或代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務(國家限制或禁止進出口的除外)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)；註冊資本：3160萬元，其中，公司出資410.8萬元，出資比例13%。
圍繞輕稀土資源的高端應用及環境保護與能源安全的國家戰略需求，開展稀土催化技術的創新及高端應用，特別是在機動車尾氣淨化、固定源廢氣治理及新能源等領域的推廣應用，催生稀土催化新興產業的高速發展，為關鍵戰略新興產業提供核心技術保障。
立足我國輕稀土的資源優勢和稀土催化技術及其高端裝備的巨大應用，打造國家級稀土催化技術研究院，充分發揮政產學研用、協同創新的機制和氛圍，發揮科技資源整合平台的作用。以稀土催化應用技術研究開發為重點方向，以集聚創新資源、培育新興產業為戰略目標，以引領產業發展和服務企業創新為根本目的，快速建成需求牽引、多元共建、優勢互補、體系開放、國際接軌、水平一流的新型產業研發機構，成為我國稀土催化產業技術研發、轉化的先導中心和稀土催化領域技術儲備、人才培育的核心基地，加快推動我國從稀土催化材料大國向稀土催化科技強國的轉變。
此次對外投資符合公司整體發展戰略，構建了學術鏈、創新鏈、產業鏈融合的新型研發創新體系，“政產學研金服用”創新創業共同體的產業路徑將打通從材料端到應用端，有利於促進公司的持續穩定發展，增強公司的可持續發展能力和核心競爭力，對公司未來的經營發展將產生積極影響。
