夢網集團(002123.SZ)：中國移動下架熱點資訊與行業短信業務沒有關聯
格隆匯12月23日丨夢網集團(002123.SZ)公佈，2019年12月21日，中國移動公告稱，由於業務調整，熱點資訊於2019年12月20日正式停運下架，由此帶來的不便敬請諒解。“太平洋電腦網”發表了題為《中國移動宣佈：移動夢網熱點資訊服務正式下架》、“快科技”發表了題為《中國移動宣佈正式下架夢網熱點資訊服務!》的文章，被多家媒體網絡平台轉載。針對上述事項，公司説明如下：
移動夢網包含短信、彩信、手機上網(WAP)、百寶箱(手機遊戲)等各種多元化信息服務，主要面向個人用户提供移動數據增值服務。在2G時代，移動夢網為用户提供的豐富的增值服務，推動了移動通信的快速發展，也為移動互聯網的各類應用和發展提供了良好的基礎。3G時代之後，隨着移動互聯網的發展、終端形態的變革和各類APP的湧現，中國移動的移動夢網部分業務在經歷了完整的生命週期之後，逐漸被新的信息產品和服務所代替。目前，中國移動正在延續4G領先優勢，加快5G應用步伐。
此次中國移動下架的熱點資訊業務，是中國移動在移動夢網時代為用户提供的，以WAP網站為載體的內容資訊服務，是中國移動在採購資訊內容的基礎上自主運營的業務，與行業短信業務沒有關聯，與以夢網集團(002123.SZ)下屬子公司深圳市夢網科技發展有限公司為代表的行業短信運營合作伙伴沒有關聯。
